ETCHED GLASSWARE:

Because our etching process alters the glass, the final etched design is permanent and will never wash away. All of our etched glassware is 100% dishwasher safe and very sturdy for everyday use. The etched glassware will last wash after wash without any fading of the design, so use them often!

INSULATED DRINKWARE:

In order to preserve optimal product performance, we recommend hand-washing all of our Insulated Drinkware. Putting insulated products in the dishwasher can compromise their ability to retain drink temperature for the maximum amount of time.

 PRINTED GLASSES:

Although our printed glassware is designed to withstand hundreds of cycles through the dishwasher, we strongly recommend hand-washing them to preserve their lifespan.

 GOLD LEAF:

Because the glassware in our Gold Leaf Collection is gilded with real 22-karat gold leaf using a special ink and printing technique, we recommend always hand-washing these glasses.

 COPPER:

Because they are made from 100% copper (our Copper Mug isn't merely copper-lined or plated like most others on the market - each mug is spun by hand of solid copper), we strongly recommend strictly hand-washing all products from our Copper Collection. Copper will naturally age and patina over time. You may polish them as needed.

SLATES:

To clean a slate, we recommend wiping with a sponge or soft cloth.
